The Taj Cape Town Restaurants

Both the Bombay Brasserie, the Taj Cape Town’s fine dining Indian restaurant; and Mint, the Taj Cape Town’s more casual all-day dining restaurant, have started to take shape.

Mint’s show kitchen, from which diners can glimpse meals being prepared, is looking great and we’re just waiting for all the kitchen equipment to be commissioned.

The Bombay Brasserie has, in the last few weeks, transformed from a dust-filled restoration space into something very special. The wood paneling, marble detailing and wooden floor are all original and this means they’re over 100-years old.

Restoring these premises has been a fantastic adventure. One that we hope will give people, from all over the world, the opportunity to experience this amazing landmark property for many years to come.
